Yes! All of our trucks and drivers are fully bonded and insured.
We place a credit card on file once the vehicle is booked as a sign of good faith; we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The payment will be taken in full the week prior to shipment once the shipment is confirmed. If Cash or Certified check is preferred, it can be either handed to the driver or the main office.
We recommend that you schedule your move at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, but we will work with you if you need to schedule sooner. We will usually have a truck on its way to pick up your vehicle 1 to 7 days from the date the vehicle is ready.
We will call and establish a delivery window within 12-24 hours of the expected delivery time. We ask that you make yourself available during this time once it is established. You may appoint someone you trust to release or take possession of your vehicle if you are unavailable, as long as you supply us with their contact information beforehand.
We rely on 20+ years of experience when we give you a quote, taking into account the height, weight, length, width, and age of your car, plus the distance that it will be shipped, time of year, etc. We do our research and gather as much information as possible so that we’re confident in our price.You can request to pay a premium if you need your vehicle transported sooner, or pay less by booking further ahead.Remember, cheap quotes often come with a hidden cost of their own: inexperienced carriers who offerlittle to no communication, have a higher chance of damage to your car, and sometimes even lack insurance.
Trucks often aren’t allowed to enter residential areas, and they need lots of room to maneuver and turn around. If access is restricted, we will ask that you meet the truck at a large parking lot nearby.
Term is just an abbreviation of “terminal.” You can drop off your vehicle at our Kings Park facility, and we will deliver it to one of our partner towing facilities in Florida for easy pickup.
Deliveries from NY to FLtake seven days or less on average. We will provide you with an individualized estimate when we send you a quote. We do our best to ensure on-time delivery, and always keep you in the loop.
For cars, you can include up to 200lb of personal belongings in the trunk; for SUVs, you must leave the back seats up and load belongings behind the seats and below all windows. If you overload your car, you may have to pay an additional fee. If you choose to leave items in your car, they will not be insured during transport.
